Daily group classes in a semi-private, all levels friendly format 

 

We are a "Vaccine only facility"


  •  In person group classes are capped at 8 students to ensure safe physical distance
  • Students must bring their own yoga mat, yoga blocks and strap.  We allow use of our blankets and bolsters.
  • All students must pre-pay and sign up for class in advance.  We no longer accept walk-ins nor we carry cash at the studio.
  • Students are encouraged to apply hand sanitizer upon arriving and leaving the studio. 
  • We don't require face masks, since we only accept fully vaccinated individuals.

9AM A therapeutic approach with Viniyoga

A gentle format to help you address pain, discomfort, or physical imbalances.  Each day we address a different body part, by addressing the therapy with conscious movement (see detail below).

Beginners are encouraged to take breaks, adapt to their own capacity and move at a slower pace for self-care.

Mondays:  Upper back, neck and shoulders

Wednesdays: Lower back, hips and sacrum

Fridays:  Balance and core control

Saturday:  Integral practice with conscious movement and guided meditation

6PM Vinyasa

Join us to unwind from the stress of your day and wrap it up with a class conducive to blissful relaxation.

Beginners are encouraged to take breaks, adapt to their level and move at a slower pace for self-care
